Penelope Finnie

Penelope Finnie enjoys startups and working with products and concepts that haven't existed before. Building great teams that promote and support people’s strengths, and allowing them to move quickly are things with which she has lots of experience. From helping start Ask Jeeves, the search engine, in the mid ’90’s, and then running the brand globally, to Egal Pads, she has sought to build companies and brands that are in new markets and will make a difference in people’s lives. Penelope attended Princeton University for undergrad and Columbia University for grad school.

Equality is an issue that Penny has grappled with in one form or another her entire life. Egal gives her the opportunity to make a difference in one way on a global platform.
